Give out a road, not the whole map.
No more “where do we start?” or “did anyone do that road?” Tap a single road to give it out. Directions take each person to their starting point, and what they cover comes back to you as they go.

How it works
- Give
- Accept
- Partly
- Done
1
Set up your maps
An overseer imports your territory or draws the borders on the web. Roads and buildings come from OpenStreetMap.
2
Give out roads
Pick a road and who has it. It goes to their phone, or to WhatsApp if they're not on MinMap.
3
Mark how far you got
Accept the road, follow directions to the start, and mark it done or partly done. Everyone sees it straight away.
Made for rural and town territory
One road at a time
- One road, or one side of it
- Split by side, by end, or over and over
- Each part marked done on its own
Knows where you are
- See yourself on the map
- Asked if a road is done when you leave it
- Share where you are with your car group
Works with no signal
- Your maps saved to your phone
- Or the whole territory
- Map backgrounds saved as you view them
Field service groups
- Meetings on a calendar
- Say you're going, check in on the day
- Car groups and pairs suggested
Coffee spots
- Cafés, parks and laybys
- Tell everyone out where and when to meet
- Directions back to your road
Overseer tools on the web
- Build and give out maps
- Choose what each role can do
- Reports on what got done
Careful with people's details
Houses are marked by where they are on the map, never by who lives there. Being on MinMap shows your religion, so your name is kept only with your clear consent, and your congregation's data is stored in the EU.
Designed with GDPR in mind
- Data stored in the EU
- Clear consent before your name is kept
- A parent's consent for under-16s
- No householder names or notes
- Location sharing is your choice
- Old records cleared automatically
- Download or delete your data any time
